Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkedMaster ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sandesh Siddaram, the owner of LinkedMaster.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

LinkedMaster and all its components are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws including the Copyright Act 1957, Information Technology Act 2000, and applicable trade secret laws.

Protected Elements (non-exhaustive):

• All source code — frontend, backend, API routes, database schemas
• AI prompt architecture and Indian LinkedIn Intelligence™ framework
• Brand Alignment Score™ algorithm and scoring methodology
• LinkedIn Profile Authority Score™ methodology and criteria
• All UI/UX designs, colour schemes, typography, and visual layouts
• All written content — feature copy, onboarding flows, email templates
• The name "LinkedMaster", logo, taglines, and brand identity
• Business methods, product roadmap, and pricing strategy

Strictly Prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or cloning any part of LinkedMaster's code, design, or content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform
• Building a competing product using LinkedMaster's concepts, flows, or frameworks
• Scraping data, AI outputs, or any content from the Platform
• Using the "LinkedMaster" name or logo in any commercial context without written permission
• Distributing, sublicensing, or selling access to the Platform or its outputs commercially
• Training AI models using content, outputs, or data from LinkedMaster

3. User Licence

LinkedMaster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal professional use. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or its outputs.

AI-generated content (posts, headlines, replies, audit feedback) is licensed to you for your personal LinkedIn use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it to build competing tools or datasets.

4. User Obligations

• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must not use the Platform for spam, misleading content, or harassment
• You must not attempt to access other users' data
• You must not use automated tools to access the Platform beyond normal use
• You are responsible for all content you generate and publish using the Platform

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Subscription fees are charged monthly. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us on WhatsApp (+91 9703682543) for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.

6. Disclaimers

LinkedMaster provides AI-generated content as a tool to assist professionals. We do not guarantee specific results, career outcomes, or LinkedIn performance metrics. AI outputs should be reviewed and personalised by the user before publishing. LinkedMaster is not responsible for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LinkedMaster's liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India under the Copyright Act 1957, Information Technology Act 2000, and Consumer Protection Act 2019.
