1. Who We Are

LinkedMaster ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Sandesh Siddaram, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We are the sole data controller for information collected through linkedmaster.com. For privacy concerns, contact us at linkedin.com/in/sandeshsiddaramanna.

2. What Data We Collect

Account Data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (encrypted with bcrypt), role, industry, and LinkedIn goals.

Profile Data: If you upload a resume or LinkedIn PDF, we process it to build your brand style profile. This data is stored securely in our database.

Usage Data: We track AI generations, credits used, authority score, and posts generated to provide our service and improve it.

Payment Data: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. We only receive payment confirmation and subscription status.

Content Data: Posts, replies, and content generated on LinkedMaster are stored in your account for your reference. This content belongs to you.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalise the LinkedMaster service
• To generate AI content tailored to your professional profile and voice
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send service-related communications (account updates, feature announcements)
• To improve our AI models and platform quality (anonymised, aggregated data only)
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.

4. Third-Party Services

LinkedMaster uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic Claude API — processes your content prompts to generate AI output. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to API interactions.
• Razorpay — processes payments. Subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
• Neon PostgreSQL — hosts our database securely.
• Vercel — hosts our application. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.
• Cloudinary — hosts media assets.

We share only the minimum necessary data with each provider to operate the service.

5. Data Security

We take data security seriously. We implement industry-standard measures including password hashing (bcrypt), JWT authentication, HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, and security headers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Under the Information Technology Act 2000 and applicable Indian privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — update inaccurate personal information
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and data
• Portability — request your generated content in a portable format
• Objection — opt out of non-essential communications

7. Cookies

LinkedMaster uses essential cookies only — specifically JWT authentication tokens stored as HTTP-only cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will log you out of the platform.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., payment records for tax compliance).

9. Children's Privacy

LinkedMaster is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
