Plain words, no legal fog. What I ask for, what I never ask for, what I do with it, and what I will never do with it.

I never sell or share your data.Not with recruiters, not with companies, not with anyone.

I never use your story to promote myself.No testimonials, no case studies, no "success stories".

I never reveal who you are.Anything I teach on Live is changed so nobody can identify you, and only with your permission.

1. What I ask for

Only what the work needs:

Your name and one way to reach you (WhatsApp or email)
Your city, current role, industry, years of experience and the role you want
Your current CTC, if you choose to share it (optional), so the salary advice fits your real market
Your best results, what you have tried, and for interviews, the target company, job description and date
Your CV and LinkedIn profile link
A short voice note about where you are stuck
For The File + The Hour: the recording of our hour together, made only with your permission

2. What I never ask for

Bank details, card numbers or UPI PINs. Payments go through Razorpay (India) or Payoneer (outside India). I never see your card or bank details.
Aadhaar, PAN, passport or any ID number
Passwords, including your LinkedIn password
Your employer's confidential documents, client data or anything you are not allowed to share. Please do not send them. Your results in rough numbers are enough.

3. How I use what you share

Only to build your report or kit, to prepare for our sessions, and to reply to you. Nothing else. I use AI tools to help with research and drafting. What goes into them is only what the work needs, and I read every page before it reaches you.

4. Who sees it

Me. Nobody else works on your file. I do not pass your details to recruiters, companies, marketing lists or anyone else. I do not contact your employer, ever.

5. Live sessions, samples and posts

The sample reports on this site are composites. Names, companies and figures are changed. When I discuss a real situation on a Live session or in a post, I change every detail that could identify you, and I do it only after you say yes. If you say no, it never appears anywhere.

6. No testimonials. Ever.

I do not ask for testimonials, reviews, video stories or "tag me" posts. If you get the role, that win belongs to you. You did the work. This is how I choose to work, and it will not change.

7. This website

The site counts simple things like page views, which buttons are clicked and which region you are in, so I know what is useful. It does not use advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you. If you fill the 90 Days application or the intake form, those answers are saved so I can reply to you. Your India or Outside India choice is remembered in your own browser.

8. How long I keep it

Only as long as the work and your follow-up support need it. You can ask me to delete everything at any time, and I will do it and confirm to you.

9. Your rights
